Quentin Diego Vilar

After completing my undergraduate studies in France, I joined the University of Geneva for a Master’s in theoretical physics. During my first year, I worked on the weak sector of the Standard Model before joining the group. My current research applies statistical physics tools to understand the structure of loss landscapes in neural networks, with possible connections to concepts arising in quantum gravity, such as conformal symmetry.
